INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag kale
- 🥦 1/4 head broccoli
Protein
- 4 slices bacon
- 🥚 2 eggs
Dressing
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Place water, a pinch of salt, and eggs in a pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 12 minutes. Cool eggs in water and peel.
Separate egg whites and yolks. Chop whites coarsely and sieve yolks.
Cut kale into 2cm squares, broccoli into bite-sized pieces, and bacon into 5mm strips.
Mix all dressing ingredients (mayonnaise, olive oil, grated cheese, lemon juice, and pepper) in a bowl.
Boil broccoli for 2 minutes, then cool in cold water and drain. Fry bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy.
Combine kale, broccoli, and bacon in a serving dish. Top with egg whites and yolks, then drizzle with Caesar dressing.
