- 💧 1 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Cut the bonito into bite-sized pieces. Mince the green onion and myoga, and thinly slice the shiso leaves.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, miso, garlic, water) along with the minced green onion and myoga.
Add the bonito pieces to the bowl and mix gently. Serve on a plate and garnish with sliced shiso leaves.
