INGRÉDIENTS

- 200g seared bonito
- to taste radish sprouts
- 🍋 1 lemon
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- to taste black pepper
ÉTAPES
Slice the seared bonito into 7mm thick pieces.
Cut the radish sprouts into 1.5cm pieces and trim the roots. Slice the lemon into thin rounds, then cut into 6 equal pieces. Squeeze the remaining lemon for juice.
Thinly slice the garlic and place on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Drizzle with salad oil and toast in a toaster for 3–5 minutes until golden brown to make garlic chips.
Mix all sauce ingredients (lemon juice, olive oil, salt, soy sauce, black pepper) in a bowl.
Arrange the bonito, radish sprouts, and lemon pieces on a plate. Drizzle with the prepared sauce and sprinkle garlic chips on top.
