INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade skipjack tuna
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the onion and soak in water to remove bitterness. Drain and place on a serving plate. Sprinkle salt on the skipjack tuna.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over high heat. Sear the skipjack tuna for 30 seconds on each side until all sides are browned. Remove and let cool slightly, then slice into 1cm thick pieces.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Arrange the sliced skipjack tuna on the plate with onions, drizzle the sauce over, and garnish with chopped green onions.
