- 🐟 2 filefish, skinned
Starch

Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the filefish into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix the sake and soy sauce, then marinate the filefish for 5 minutes.
Drain the filefish and coat it with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C. Fry the filefish until golden brown, then flip and cook until fully done. Plate the fish, garnish with kaiware sprouts, and serve with lemon.
