Microwave Ketchup Rice
- 🍚 150g cooked white rice
- 🌭 1 sausage
- 🥕 20g mixed vegetables
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Chicken Mayo Bake
- 🍗 2 chicken tenders
- 🥪 1 tsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of herb salt
Broccoli Cheese Bake
- 🥦 3 broccoli florets
- 🌭 1/2 tsp mustard
- 🧀 5g shredded cheese
Mini Tomato Bacon Wrap
- 🍅 2 cherry tomatoes
- 🥓 1 slice of bacon
ÉTAPES
Place cooked white rice, mixed vegetables, and sliced sausage in a microwave-safe bowl. Add ketchup and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Mix well and transfer to a bento box.
Defrost broccoli and place in a heatproof cup. Top with mustard and shredded cheese.
Cut bacon in half lengthwise. Wrap each cherry tomato with bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Line a baking tray with aluminum foil. Cut chicken tenders into bite-sized pieces and place them on the tray. Sprinkle with herb salt and top with mayonnaise.
Add the broccoli and bacon-wrapped tomatoes to the tray. Bake in a toaster oven for 6–7 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked. Transfer everything to the bento box.
