INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 200g kikuimo, peeled and julienned
- 🥕 50g carrot, julienned
Oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Spices
- Sliced red chili, to taste
Garnish
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Peel and julienne the kikuimo, then soak in water and drain. Julienne the carrot.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add kikuimo, carrot, and red chili, and stir-fry over medium heat until softened.
Add sake, mirin, and soy sauce, then stir-fry until the liquid reduces. Mix in white sesame seeds before serving.
