- 1 handful bean sprouts
- 1/3 cup aged kimchi
- Some rice cakes
- 2.5 cups anchovy broth
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍚 1/2 bowl cooked rice
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp shrimp sauce
ÉTAPES
Boil anchovy broth with anchovies and kelp to prepare the base.
Add kimchi to the broth and bring to a boil. Then, add rice cakes and cooked rice.
Once boiling, add bean sprouts and cook briefly. Finally, add green onion, minced garlic, and season with shrimp sauce.
Crack an egg into the soup and let it cook gently before serving.
