Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🥬 100g aged kimchi
- 🌱 1 handful bean sprouts
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🦐 1 tsp fermented shrimp
- 1 tsp red pepper powder
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 1 cube soup stock
- 💧 500ml water
- 200ml beef bone broth
ÉTAPES
Chop the aged kimchi into small pieces.
Rinse the bean sprouts thoroughly.
Slice the green onion thinly.
In a pot, add 500ml of water and the soup stock cube. Bring to a boil.
Add the chopped kimchi to the boiling water and cook for a few minutes.
Add the cooked rice and bean sprouts to the pot.
Season with red pepper powder and fermented shrimp. Stir well.
Add minced garlic and sliced green onion. Stir to combine.
Pour in the beef bone broth and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with crushed seaweed or seasoned seaweed strips.
