- 120g chopped kimchi
- 🧀 50g shredded pizza cheese

ÉTAPES
Chop the kimchi into small pieces.
Place equal portions of kimchi and cheese onto each wonton wrapper. Wet the edges with water, fold the wrapper in half diagonally, and seal. Fold the edges inward to secure. Repeat for all 20 wrappers.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 180°C (356°F). Fry the wontons until golden brown.
