Main Ingredients
- 1/4 head of ripe kimchi, chopped
- 7 Vienna sausages, sliced
- 🧅 2 ladles of chopped green onion
- A pinch of seaweed flakes
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- 🥚 2 fried eggs
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 cup water
- 🧂 2.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Heat a pan over high heat and add 1 tbsp olive oil. Stir-fry 2 ladles of chopped green onion until fragrant.
Add sliced Vienna sausages and stir-fry together with the green onions until lightly browned.
Reduce heat to medium and add 1/4 head of chopped ripe kimchi. Stir-fry until the kimchi becomes translucent.
Add 1 tbsp corn syrup and 1.5 tbsp gochujang. Stir-fry for 2 minutes, then pour in 1 cup of water and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce heat to low and add 2.5 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp sesame oil. Stir for 20 seconds and remove from heat.
Serve the sauce over warm rice, garnish with seaweed flakes, sesame seeds, and a fried egg.
