INGRÉDIENTS
Oil
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Vegetables
- 2 stalks white part of green onion
- 1 cup chopped kimchi
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp fine chili powder
Staple
- 1 bowl cooked rice
Cheese
- 100g pizza cheese
Garnish
- Seasoned seaweed, as needed
- Sesame seeds, as needed
ÉTAPES
Heat a pan and add 4 tbsp vegetable oil. Add the white part of 2 stalks of green onion, sliced, and sauté until fragrant.
Add 1 cup of chopped kimchi to the pan and stir-fry evenly.
Add 1/2 tbsp soy sauce and mix well.
Add 1/2 tbsp sugar and stir-fry evenly.
Add 1/2 tbsp fine chili powder and stir-fry to reduce moisture.
Mix the kimchi seasoning with 1 bowl of cooked rice evenly.
Heat a pan with 1 tbsp vegetable oil and spread the kimchi rice evenly like a pancake.
Top the rice with 100g of pizza cheese and cover the pan to melt the cheese.
Fold the rice in half to hide the cheese and plate it. Garnish with seasoned seaweed and sprinkle sesame seeds.
