INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥬 1/4 head of kimchi, chopped
- 🍚 4 servings of cooked rice
- 🧅 2 stalks of white part of green onion, chopped
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧀 4 packets of pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp chili powder
Garnish
- A pinch of seaweed flakes
- 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Chop the white part of 2 green onion stalks into small pieces.
Dice 1/4 head of kimchi into small pieces.
Heat 3 tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok and sauté the chopped green onion.
Add the chopped kimchi to the wok and stir-fry together with the green onion.
Add 4 tbsp soy sauce and 3 tbsp sugar to the edges of the wok, let it caramelize for 10 seconds, then mix with the kimchi.
Add 3 tbsp chili powder to the mixture to adjust the consistency and absorb excess moisture.
Combine the kimchi sauce with 1 serving of cooked rice in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a frying pan, spread the mixed rice thinly, and press down gently.
Add 1 packet of pizza cheese to the center of the rice and cover the pan with a lid.
Fold the rice in half and plate it. Garnish with seaweed flakes and sesame seeds.
