INGRÉDIENTS
Noodles
- 1 handful glass noodles
Vegetables
- 1 cup chopped kimchi
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 3 green chili peppers, sliced
Protein
- 1/2 cup diced ham
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 ladle kimchi juice
ÉTAPES
Boil glass noodles in boiling water for 8–10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Mix the drained noodles with sesame oil, soy sauce, and sugar in equal parts. Set aside.
Slice kimchi, ham, onion, and chili peppers into appropriate sizes.
Heat a pan with a little cooking oil. Add minced garlic, onion, and ham. Stir-fry until onions turn translucent.
Add kimchi and chili peppers to the pan. Stir-fry until the kimchi softens.
Add the pre-seasoned noodles and a ladle of kimchi juice. Stir-fry until everything is well combined.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve hot.
