INGRÉDIENTS
Noodles
- 🍜 1 serving udon noodles
Sauce Ingredients
- 🥬 100g finely chopped kimchi
- 40g spam, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 green chili, minced
- 🧂 1 pinch black pepper
- 💧 50cc water
Toppings
- 20g pickled radish
- 1 tbsp seaweed flakes
ÉTAPES
Finely chop 100g of kimchi to maximize flavor.
Mash and finely chop 40g of spam.
Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté 1 tbsp minced garlic until golden.
Add the chopped kimchi and spam to the pan and stir-fry for about 2.5 minutes over medium heat.
Once most of the moisture is evaporated, add 50cc of water to the pan.
Add 4 tbsp of mayonnaise and mix well over medium heat.
Add 1/2 minced green chili and stir for another 20 seconds. Turn off the heat and season with 1 pinch of black pepper.
Combine the cooked udon noodles with the sauce, then top with pickled radish and seaweed flakes.
Serve and enjoy! Optionally, mix leftover sauce with rice for an additional treat.
