INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 150g sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Condiments
- 150g kimchi
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Liquid
- 150cc water
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp dashi powder
ÉTAPES
Cut pork into bite-sized pieces. Peel and cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak in water for 5 minutes, then drain. Cut onion and carrot into bite-sized pieces. Chop kimchi into smaller pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot and add pork. Stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add potatoes, onion, and carrot to the pot. Stir-fry briefly, then add water and the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, dashi powder).
Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add kimchi and soy sauce, cover, and simmer for another 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
