- 150g boiled bamboo shoots, sliced
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned

- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- Pinch of sliced red chili

- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Slice the boiled bamboo shoots into thin strips. Julienne the carrot.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add red chili, bamboo shoots, and carrots, and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Add sugar and soy sauce to the pan and stir to combine. Cook until the vegetables are evenly coated.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with toasted white sesame seeds.
