INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 bag shirataki noodles
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 1 can tuna, drained
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
ÉTAPES
Boil water in a pot. Cook shirataki noodles for 1 minute, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Julienne the carrot into thin strips.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry shirataki noodles and carrot for 2 minutes.
Add drained tuna and seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, mirin). Stir-fry for another 2 minutes until the liquid is absorbed. Sprinkle white sesame seeds on top and serve.
