- 10g dried kiri boshi daikon
- 1/5 bunch chives, chopped
- 25g grated nagaimo (5cm piece)

- 🦐 6 peeled shrimp, chopped

- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Rehydrate the dried kiri boshi daikon in water, squeeze out excess moisture, and cut into 1cm pieces. Chop the shrimp into thirds and cut the chives into 2cm pieces. Grate the nagaimo.
In a bowl, mix the kiri boshi daikon, shrimp, chives, and potato starch. Add the egg, grated nagaimo, and salt, then mix well to form a batter.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the pan, cook until golden brown, flip, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for about 2 minutes.
