INGRÉDIENTS

- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
Vegetables
- 20g dried daikon
- 1/2 piece (125g) bitter melon
Seasonings
- 1 1/2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 🥫 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp ground white sesame
ÉTAPES
Soak the dried daikon in water for 15 minutes until softened. Drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the bitter melon in half lengthwise, remove seeds and pith, and slice into 2-3mm pieces. Rub with 1/2 tsp salt and let sit for 5 minutes until softened. Rinse and drain.
Mix the seasonings (ponzu, mayonnaise, sesame) in a bowl. Add tuna, daikon, and bitter melon, then mix thoroughly.
