- 2 bunches mitsuba
- 20g kiriboshi daikon
Condiments
- 1 umeboshi
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 150ml water
ÉTAPES
Wash kiriboshi daikon and soak in water for 15 minutes to rehydrate. Squeeze out excess water and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Cut mitsuba into bite-sized pieces. Remove the pit from umeboshi and chop finely.
Boil water in a pot and blanch mitsuba briefly. Drain well.
In a bowl, mix the ☆ condiments and umeboshi.
Add mitsuba and kiriboshi daikon to the bowl and mix well.
