- 15g kiriboshi daikon
- 1 tsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Japanese granulated dashi
- 2 tbsp miso

- 💧 400ml water
ÉTAPES
Wash kiriboshi daikon thoroughly with water, squeeze out excess moisture, and cut into bite-sized pieces using kitchen scissors.
In a pot, add kiriboshi daikon, water, and granulated dashi. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then simmer on low heat for 3 minutes until the daikon softens. Add wakame and stir.
Turn off the heat and dissolve miso into the soup. Heat gently over medium heat until just before boiling, then remove from heat.
