INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 40g kiriboshi daikon
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
Protein
- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
Sesame Dressing
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp white sesame paste
- 1/2 tsp chili oil
ÉTAPES

Rinse kiriboshi daikon in a bowl of water, rubbing to remove dirt and sliminess. Drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Julienne the cucumber and carrot.

Mix all sesame dressing ingredients (marked ☆) in a bowl.

Combine kiriboshi daikon, carrot, cucumber, and drained tuna in the bowl with the dressing. Mix well.
