Main Ingredients
- 🐟 4 slices smoked salmon
- 🥝 1 kiwi, peeled and diced
- 🧀 72g cream cheese, divided into 4 pieces
- 🥬 1 leaf lettuce, shredded
- 8 pink peppercorns
Dressing
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Cut the cream cheese into 4 equal pieces. Peel the kiwi and slice one center piece into a 5mm thick round, then quarter it into fan shapes. Dice the remaining kiwi into 5mm cubes. Shred the lettuce.
Roughly chop the smoked salmon into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients: sugar, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Layer the shredded lettuce, cream cheese, diced kiwi, and chopped smoked salmon in a serving dish. Drizzle the dressing over the layers. Garnish with the fan-shaped kiwi pieces and pink peppercorns.
