- 🧀 30g processed cheese, diced

- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grain mustard
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Dice the processed cheese into 5mm cubes.
Trim the root ends of the komatsuna and cut into 3–4cm pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse under cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, grain mustard, olive oil, and black pepper. Add the processed cheese and komatsuna, then toss to combine.
