- 🍗 100g chicken breast (skinless)
- 200g komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach)
- 1 tbsp sake
Namul Sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/3 tsp doubanjiang (spicy bean paste)
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Place the chicken breast on a microwave-safe plate, sprinkle with sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Let it cool under the wrap and reserve 1 tbsp of the steaming liquid. Shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Wrap the komatsuna in plastic wrap and microwave on a plate at 600W for 1 minute. Rinse under cold water, squeeze out excess moisture, trim the roots, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the reserved chicken steaming liquid (1 tbsp) with the namul sauce ingredients. Add the komatsuna and shredded chicken, then toss well to combine.
