INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 piece (20g) fried tofu
- 100g komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach)
Seasonings
- 400cc water
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
ÉTAPES
Wrap the fried tofu in a paper towel to remove excess oil, cut it in half horizontally, then slice into 1cm wide strips.
Trim the root ends of the komatsuna, make a cross-cut at the base, wash thoroughly, drain, and cut into 3–4cm pieces.
Add all seasoning ingredients (☆) to a pot and bring to a boil. Add the fried tofu and komatsuna, cover, and simmer on low heat for 2–3 minutes.
