INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetable
- 300g komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach)
Tofu
- 20g fried tofu
Seasoning
- 150ml water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
ÉTAPES
Cut off the root of the komatsuna and chop into 4cm pieces. Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil, then cut into 1cm strips.
Bring the seasoning ingredients (water, sake, mirin, soy sauce, and dashi powder) to a boil in a pot. Add the fried tofu and komatsuna, simmer over medium heat for about 1 minute until softened.
