- 1/2 bag komatsuna
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
Meat
- 150g sliced pork belly
Seafood
- 2 tbsp sakura shrimp
Staples
- 35g glass noodles
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 💧 200ml water
Thickening
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Cut komatsuna into 3–4 cm lengths, julienne the carrot, and slice pork belly into 1 cm strips.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork belly and grated garlic, and stir-fry until the pork is cooked.
Add komatsuna stems and carrot to the pan, and stir-fry until the carrot becomes tender.
Add sakura shrimp and the seasoning mixture (sake, sugar, salt, pepper, oyster sauce, and water), then bring to a boil.
Add glass noodles and simmer over low heat for 5–6 minutes until softened. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch slurry.
Add komatsuna leaves and stir briefly to combine.
