- 1/2 bag komatsuna
Seafood
- 30g shirasu
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Fruit
- 2 seedless umeboshi
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Condiment
- white sesame seeds as needed
Grain
- 🍚 400g cooked white rice
ÉTAPES
Cut the komatsuna into 1cm pieces, place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat at 600W for 3 minutes. Let it cool and squeeze out excess water.
Chop the umeboshi (remove seeds if necessary). Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add the beaten egg, and scramble it.
Mix all the ingredients together and divide into 4 portions.
Place each portion on plastic wrap, shape into a stick form, and twist the ends tightly. Wrap with parchment paper or your preferred wrapping for presentation.
