INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1 bunch komatsuna, chopped into 3cm pieces
Canned Goods
- 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Oils
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Condiments
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
Seasonings
- 1 packet (4g) bonito flakes
ÉTAPES
Cut the root ends off the komatsuna and chop into 3cm pieces.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until combined.
Heat half of the sesame oil (1/2 tbsp) in a frying pan, pour in the eggs, and stir gently until semi-cooked. Remove from the pan.
Add the remaining sesame oil (1/2 tbsp) to the pan, heat, and stir-fry the komatsuna over medium heat. Cover and steam for 1 minute.
Return the tuna and eggs to the pan, mix well, and season with soy sauce, sugar, and half of the bonito flakes. Serve and sprinkle the remaining bonito flakes on top.
