- 1/2 bag komatsuna
Meat
- 5 slices bacon
Seasoning
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Wrap komatsuna in plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse with water, squeeze out excess moisture, cut off the roots, and chop into 5 cm pieces.
Mix all sauce ingredients (☆) in a container.
Wrap komatsuna with bacon slices and sprinkle with pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook until browned. Rotate to brown evenly, then add the sauce and coat the rolls.
