- 100g komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach)
Protein
- 150g silken tofu
Seasoning for Komatsuna
- 1 tsp soy sauce
☆ Seasonings
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- 1/3 tsp chicken broth powder
- 2 tbsp ground white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Cut the root ends off the komatsuna and slice into 3cm pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse under cold water and squeeze out excess moisture. Mix with soy sauce.
Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper and place on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave at 600W for 1 minute, then let it cool.
In a bowl, whisk the tofu until smooth. Add the ☆ seasonings and mix well. Combine with the prepared komatsuna.
