ÉTAPES
Wash the komatsuna thoroughly, cut a cross into the root, and drain. Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and blanch the komatsuna briefly. Submerge in cold water, drain, and cut into 4–5 cm pieces.
Grate the garlic. In a bowl, mix the tuna, grated garlic, sugar, and soy sauce. Add the komatsuna and toss to combine.
