- 1/2 sheet roasted nori
Condiments
- 1 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Wash the komatsuna thoroughly and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Blanch the komatsuna in boiling water for 30 seconds, then drain and cool.
Tear the nori into small pieces and mix with the blanched komatsuna.
