Sauce
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp cooking wine
- 3 tbsp gochujang
Main Ingredients
- 450g bean sprouts
- 350g thinly sliced pork belly
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 stalk green onion
- 2 green chilies
- 5 perilla leaves
- to taste sesame seeds
Fried Rice
- 150g extra bean sprouts
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- to taste sesame oil
- to taste seaweed flakes
ÉTAPES
Mix all sauce ingredients to create the marinade.
Layer bean sprouts, pork belly, green onion, onion, green chilies, and perilla leaves in a shallow, wide pan. Drizzle the sauce as desired.
Turn the heat to high until the bean sprouts release water, then lower to medium heat and stir-fry. Sprinkle sesame seeds for garnish.
Serve with rice and enjoy.
For leftover sauce, add rice, extra bean sprouts, sesame oil, and seaweed flakes. Stir-fry until well mixed. Optionally, add cheese.
