- 1/2 sheet konjac
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
Sesame Vinegar Miso
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
ÉTAPES
Slice the konjac thinly. Boil water in a pot, add the konjac, and boil for about 1 minute. Rinse under cold water and drain.
Slice the cucumber thinly and sprinkle with salt. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until softened, then rinse and squeeze out excess water.
In a bowl, mix the sesame vinegar miso ingredients (white sesame seeds, miso, sugar, vinegar). Add the konjac and cucumber, and mix thoroughly.
