INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1/2 sheet konjac (pre-treated)
- 100g ground pork
- 200g daikon (10cm piece)
- 🧅 5cm green onion
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 100cc water
Thickening Agent
- 1 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 1 1/2 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Mix all ★ seasonings in a bowl.
Cut konjac and daikon into 1.5cm cubes. Mince the green onion.
Boil daikon in a pot for about 5 minutes, then drain.
Heat ☆ seasonings in a frying pan, add ground pork and minced green onion, and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color. Add konjac, daikon, and ★ seasonings, then simmer.
Add the potato starch mixture to thicken the sauce. Serve in a dish and garnish with chopped green onion.
