Meat
- 400g pork slices
Vegetables
- 1 piece (250g) konjac
- Kaiware sprouts, as needed
- 🍋 Lemon, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger

- Potato starch, as needed
- Salad oil, as needed
ÉTAPES
Mix pork slices with sake, mirin, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a bowl. Massage and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Boil konjac in water for 3 minutes, then drain. Tear it into pieces and mix with the marinated pork.
Form the pork and konjac mixture into bite-sized portions. Coat each piece with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a pan to 170°C. Fry the coated pieces for 4–5 minutes, flipping occasionally, until cooked through.
