ÉTAPES
Tear the konjac into bite-sized pieces using a spoon. Make a slit in the pollock roe and remove the contents.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the konjac and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Add the seasonings (☆) and pollock roe, then stir-fry briefly until the pollock roe changes color.
