INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
- 1/2 green onion, chopped
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 handful chives
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
ÉTAPES
Slice the tofu into thick pieces and place them on a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.
Mix chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped green onion with the seasoning ingredients to create the sauce.
Transfer the fried tofu to a braising pot, pour the sauce over it, and simmer for about 3 minutes.
Plate the braised tofu beautifully and serve.
