Vegetables
- 100g chives, cleaned and cut into 4cm pieces
- 🧅 130g thinly sliced onion
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1.5 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- A dash of sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
ÉTAPES
Clean the chives and cut them into 4cm pieces. Thinly slice the onion and add 1 tbsp minced garlic.
In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp red pepper flakes, 1.5 tbsp fish sauce, 1/2 tbsp corn syrup, 1 tbsp plum extract, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, and a dash of sesame oil.
Gently toss the chives and onions with the seasoning mixture to avoid wilting the chives.
Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle additional sesame seeds on top for garnish.
