- 🍗 1 whole chicken
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 green onion
- 1 green chili
- 1 red chili
- 💧 2.5 cups water
Seasoning Ingredients
- 4 tbsp curry powder
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
ÉTAPES
Peel and cut potatoes and onion into bite-sized pieces. Slice green onion and green chili diagonally.
Boil water and blanch the chicken for 1 minute, then rinse thoroughly.
In a pot, mix water with all seasoning ingredients to create the sauce.
Add the blanched chicken, carrot, and potatoes to the pot and boil for 10 minutes.
Once the potatoes are cooked, add the onion and simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes.
When the chicken and potatoes are fully cooked and the sauce has reduced by half, add sliced chili and green onion. Boil briefly and serve.
