INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 300g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 🧅 1/2 stalk white part of green onion
- lettuce leaves, as needed
Condiments
- kimchi, as needed
- 🧂 salt and pepper, a pinch
Miso Sauce
- 🧅 3cm green onion, minced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ground sesame seeds
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
ÉTAPES
Mince the green onion and garlic for the miso sauce.
Mix all the miso sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Cut the cucumber into thin strips and slice the green onion into 4cm lengths, then thinly slice.
Season the pork belly slices with salt and pepper.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the pork belly slices until both sides are golden brown and fully cooked. Cut into bite-sized pieces using kitchen scissors.
Place pork, cucumber, green onion, and kimchi on lettuce leaves. Drizzle with miso sauce and wrap.
