ÉTAPES
Trim the tough stems of the water parsley and wash it thoroughly. Blanch the stems first in boiling water with 1 tbsp salt.
Rinse the blanched parsley in cold water, squeeze out excess water, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Mix soybean paste with plum syrup until smooth, then add sesame salt and toss with the parsley.
