Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. Mix the chicken with the seasoning ingredients in a sealed container and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Coat the marinated chicken pieces with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C. Fry the chicken pieces, turning them occasionally, until fully cooked and golden brown.
