- 🦑 2 small squid, cleaned
- 🎃 100g pumpkin, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 tsp salad oil
Marinade
- 🌾 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 Pinch of grated garlic
- Pinch of chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Prepare the marinade by mixing white sesame seeds, grated ginger, garlic, chili powder, soy sauce, sake, and sesame oil in a bowl.
Clean the squid and slice the pumpkin and bell peppers.
Marinate the squid in the prepared sauce for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a grill pan with salad oil and cook the marinated squid until golden brown.
Grill the pumpkin and bell peppers alongside the squid until tender.
