- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp gochujang

ÉTAPES
Finely chop the green onion, garlic, and ginger.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic, ginger, and green onion.
Add ground chicken to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through.
Add sake, mirin, soy sauce, sugar, and gochujang to the pan. Mix well and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Serve the soboro over warm rice, topped with onsen eggs, chopped green onion, and toasted sesame seeds.
