Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥔 1/4 daikon (about 350g)
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 🧅 1/4 green onion
- 1 piece ginger
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp sake
- 200cc water
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp gochujang
ÉTAPES
Cut daikon and carrot into bite-sized pieces. Mince green onion, ginger, and garlic.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add beef and stir-fry until the color changes. Add daikon, carrot, green onion, ginger, and garlic, then stir-fry. Add sake and water, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Once daikon is tender, add sugar, soy sauce, and gochujang. Mix well, cover, and simmer for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle white sesame seeds before serving.
