    • 1/2 tsp grated ginger

Cut the onion into 1cm slices. Slice the potato into 5mm thick pieces and soak in water. Drain and microwave for 2 minutes at 600W.

Mix the beef with sake, salt, pepper, and cornstarch in a bowl.

Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until the color changes. Add the potato and onion, and stir-fry until the onion softens.
